An item you ordered doesn't suit you?
You can return the order with the carrier of your choice within 14 days from the date of receipt to the following address:

- Reimbursement period
We will refund your order within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt. Upon receipt of the package, we will check all items for completeness before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. The refund will be made directly to the credit card or to the same method used for the original payment in the same currency.
Afterwards, allow approximately 5 additional working days for the refund to be visible in your account.
You will receive a first email confirming receipt of your package at the KAPUSH address indicated, then a second when the refund has been made.
